Simple Webcam Recorder is a very simple tool that can scarcely more than recording and saving the video input from your web cam to local video files. Only the four filters saturation, hue, brightness and pixellate for reworking the video files are available. Even the recording of sound is not supported. Therefore, the program is suitable for resource-efficient recoding of videos without much fuss. Of course, reworking can carry out with any other program.

The tool is Open Source and written in C# source code. It used the library AForge.NET.
