The freeware software Nutrition Facts provides detailed information about the nutritional values ​​of over 7500 foods. With an integrated search function you can search the foods to display the nutritional values, calories and all other substances of your desired food or according to the keyword you have used.

For example, the program can display the contained vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and the content of water, alcohol, caffeine, protein, sodium or cholesterol. Even a comparison of different foods or products is possible, in order to make the best choice, for example, as part of a diet. The amount of each food product you want to display or compare can be adjusted individually. The program can directly convert the nutritional information to your desired quantity.

The information used in the program come from the nutritional value database of the Nutrient Data Laboratory of the United States Department of Agriculture.
