You decide for yourself whether only the internal or even external links should be tested. Often you write an internal link in the wrong way, so that it points nowhere. Xenu is able to reveal this. The application provides a list of all of your links that you can sort by different criteria. Broken links are marked in red, all working links are green. Xenu start on any page and can then follow the links, so that you can test the entire site easily.

In addition to the normal links, Xenu can test images, frames, plug-ins, backgrounds, scripts, applets, and style sheets. Even websites with SSL encryption (https), redirects, and password-protected areas can be tested without any problems.
