The File Renamer allows you to quickly and easily rename large numbers of files. The type of the file does not matter. It does not play a role, whether you want to number all the pictures in a folder or you want to replace certain strings in the name of your music files - this tool can handle everything.

The files can be simply added with drag and drop to the program and then you can choose some actions determining how the files will be renamed. For example, you can replace words or characters in the file name or file extension, you can number the files beginning with a user defined number, write something in front of or behind the name and much more. A preview helps you, so that you can see directly how the new file name will look like.

The program is portable and you can use it immediately without installation. This makes handling easier and less complicated.
